Ah, I was the victim here. It's hard to tell in the photo, but the side mirrors were nearly touching. I could do nothing but wait for the other driver to come out and move her car. I guess I could have climbed in the passenger side, but I wanted to give the other driver a very disapproving glare. It was worth the wait.
